JAMAICA JERK CHICKEN
🔥 Grilled Jerk Chicken

Ingredients

3 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Jerk Seasoning (Mild or Hot)
(Tip: 1 tbsp per pound)

1 tbsp avocado oil (optional)

3 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken (Dark Meat Preferable)
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Instructions
GRILLED

Clean the chicken. In a bowl or Ziploc bag, coat chicken pieces with oil, salt, and Jerk Seasoning.

Refrigerate overnight.

The next day, bring chicken to room temperature. Preheat grill to medium heat (350–375°F).

Place chicken skin-side up. Grill for 35–40 minutes, turning occasionally to avoid burning.
Serve and enjoy!
OVEN BAKED

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil and place a rack on top. Spray with nonstick spray.

Arrange chicken skin-side up and roast 30–35 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Broil for 1–2 minutes (optional) for crispy skin.
🔎 Tip: Internal temperature of fully cooked chicken should be 165°F minimum.
