🥩 Garlic Butter Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1–2 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Garlic Blend
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley or thyme sprigs

Instructions

  1. Season the steak:
    Pat steaks dry with paper towel. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and Truly Delicious Foods Garlic Blend.
  2. Sear the steak:
    Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet (cast iron preferred) over medium-high heat until hot.

    Place steaks in the pan and sear for 3–4 minutes on each side for medium doneness (adjust time to preference).
  3. Add butter:
    Reduce heat slightly, add butter to the pan. As it melts, spoon the buttery mixture over the steak repeatedly (basting) for about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Rest:
    Remove from pan and let the steak rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Serve:
    Drizzle the remaining garlic butter from the pan over the sliced steak. Garnish with parsley or thyme if desired.
