At Truly Delicious Foods, we take pride in providing high-quality, small-batch seasoning blends made with fresh, all-natural ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to making things right if there is an issue with your order.


Order Issues & Damages

Due to the nature of our products (perishable and food items), we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Non-Delivery / Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  • Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first
  • Sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual drop-off

If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 3 days, and we will assist with an investigation and work toward a resolution.


Returns

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on any food products.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Verified lost shipments

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes
