🐖 Jerk Pork

Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder or pork butt, cut into medium chunks
- 3 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Jerk Seasoning (Mild or Hot)
- 1 tbsp avocado oil (optional)
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for slight caramelization)
Instructions
1. Prep the Pork
Clean and pat dry the pork. Cut into medium chunks or leave as a roast, depending on your preference.
2. Season
In a bowl, mix the pork with Truly Delicious Foods Jerk Seasoning, salt, and oil. Add brown sugar if desired.
Massage the seasoning thoroughly into the meat.
Cover and marinate overnight (or at least 3 hours in the fridge).
🔥 Grill Method
- Preheat grill to medium-high (375–400°F).
- Grill pork pieces for 15–20 minutes per side, turning occasionally until charred and cooked through (internal temp 160°F).
- Rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
🏡 Oven-Baked Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place pork on a foil-lined tray or rack.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and broil for 10–15 minutes until browned and caramelized.
🍳 Air Fryer Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Arrange pork pieces in a single layer.
- Air fry for 18–22 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
