Cooking Methods

🔥 Stovetop Method

  1. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add meatballs and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove meatballs and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and stir in 1 tbsp Garlic Blend. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Return meatballs to the pan and toss in the sauce until coated and glossy.

💨 Air Fryer Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Lightly spray the basket with oil and arrange meatballs in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a pan, melt 2 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp Garlic Blend. Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce to coat evenly.

🌿 Serve & Garnish

Top with parsley and optional Parmesan cheese. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.

Pro Tips

  • Don’t overmix your meat mixture — that’s the secret to tender meatballs.
  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a dash of chili flakes to the sauce.
  • These freeze well — reheat and toss in fresh garlic butter before serving!
