🧈 Garlic Butter Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or chicken/turkey)
- 1–2 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Garlic Blend
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes (fresh or dried)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1: Mix
In a bowl, combine ground meat, Garlic Blend, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
Step 2: Shape
Form into 1-inch balls. Avoid pressing too tightly so they stay juicy.
Cooking Methods
🔥 Stovetop Method
- Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add meatballs and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
- Remove meatballs and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and stir in 1 tbsp Garlic Blend. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- Return meatballs to the pan and toss in the sauce until coated and glossy.
💨 Air Fryer Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Lightly spray the basket with oil and arrange meatballs in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a pan, melt 2 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp Garlic Blend. Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce to coat evenly.
🌿 Serve & Garnish
Top with parsley and optional Parmesan cheese. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.
