🧄 Garlic Cream of Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Garlic Blend
- 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
- ½ cup water or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- ½ tsp black pepper (optional)
- ½ tsp salt (optional)
- ½–1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (optional, for extra texture and flavor)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Season the Chicken
Rub chicken with Garlic Blend, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes. - Brown the Chicken
Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside. - Sauté Optional Mushrooms
If adding fresh mushrooms, toss them into the same skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes until lightly browned. - Make the Sauce
Add the Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup and water/broth to the pan. Stir until smooth and slightly bubbling. - Combine and Simmer
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and tender. - Finish & Serve
Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Pair with rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.

- Add a splash of heavy cream or coconut milk for a richer, creamier sauce.
- The extra mushrooms add depth and a “restaurant-style” feel to the dish.
