🥣 Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Jerk Seasoning (Mild or Hot)
Tip: Use 1 tbsp per pound of chicken - 1 tbsp avocado oil (optional)
- 3 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken (thighs, drumsticks, or breasts)
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
🔥 Grilled Method
- Prep: Clean the chicken. In a bowl or Ziploc bag, coat chicken pieces with oil, salt, and Truly Delicious Foods Jerk Seasoning.
- Marinate: Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
- Grill: The next day, bring chicken to room temperature. Preheat grill to medium heat (350–375°F).
- Cook: Place chicken skin-side up. Grill for 35–40 minutes, turning occasionally to avoid burning.
- Serve: Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
🔥 Oven-Baked Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Prepare Pan: Line a baking sheet with foil and place a rack on top. Spray with nonstick spray.
- Bake: Arrange chicken skin-side up and roast for 30–35 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
- Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispy skin.
🔎 Tip: Internal temperature of fully cooked chicken should reach 165°F.
⚡ Air Fryer Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes.

🥄 Jerk Dipping Sauce / Glaze
Ingredients
- Leftover marinade or 1 tbsp Jerk Seasoning
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup tomato paste, puree, ketchup, or BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp agave, honey, or sugar
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine marinade or seasoning with water.
- Add tomato paste/puree/ketchup/BBQ sauce and simmer on medium-low until thickened, stirring often.
- Stir in sweetener and salt to taste.
- Use as a glaze halfway through cooking or serve on the side for dipping.
