🧄 Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1–2 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Garlic Blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional for richness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    Pat chicken dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté:
    In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Add the Flavor:
    Lower heat slightly. Add butter (if using) and Truly Delicious Garlic Blend to the pan. Stir and let simmer for 2–3 minutes, coating the chicken well.
  4. Finish:
    Sprinkle with parsley and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
