Food Products
Because our seasoning blends are perishable, we do not accept returns on food items.
However, if your order arrives damaged or inedible, you may request a refund or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

Include your order number

Attach photos or a video of the damaged product
Once approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method (3–5 business days), or

A replacement will be shipped at no cost to you
Please dispose of damaged products after documentation is submitted.
