🧄 Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1–2 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Garlic Blend
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Sea salt (optional)
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

Oven Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small pan, melt butter, then mix in Garlic Blend and parsley flakes.
  4. Place salmon (skin side down) on a baking sheet or oven-safe pan.
  5. Pour mixture over salmon and cover with foil or parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and broil for 5 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides and a squeeze of lemon.

Air Fryer Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix melted butter, Garlic Blend, and parsley flakes; brush over salmon.
  4. Place fillets in the air fryer basket (skin side down) — don’t overcrowd.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon flakes easily and edges are lightly crisp.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon juice before serving.
