🧄 Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1–2 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Garlic Blend
- 2 tbsp butter
- Sea salt (optional)
- Black pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions
Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- In a small pan, melt butter, then mix in Garlic Blend and parsley flakes.
- Place salmon (skin side down) on a baking sheet or oven-safe pan.
- Pour mixture over salmon and cover with foil or parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and broil for 5 minutes until golden.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides and a squeeze of lemon.
Air Fryer Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Mix melted butter, Garlic Blend, and parsley flakes; brush over salmon.
- Place fillets in the air fryer basket (skin side down) — don’t overcrowd.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon flakes easily and edges are lightly crisp.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon juice before serving.
