🔥 Jerk Fish in Foil

Ingredients:
- 2 whole fish or fillets (snapper, tilapia, or your choice)
- 2 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (mild or hot)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for added moisture)
- Salt to taste (optional)
- Juice of ½ lime or lemon (for freshness) - (optional)
- Foil sheets (enough to wrap each fish securely)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven or Grill
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat your grill to medium-high. - Prepare the Fish
Wash fish with vinegar/lemon and pat dry with paper towels.
Rub each fish evenly with Truly Delicious Foods Jerk Seasoning.
Drizzle with a little olive oil if desired for extra juiciness.
Add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice. - Wrap in Foil
Place each seasoned fish in the center of a piece of foil.
Fold the foil over to seal tightly, creating a packet. - Bake or Grill
Oven: Bake for 20–25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
Grill: Cook for 15–20 minutes, turning once halfway through. - Serve
Carefully open the foil to release the steam.
Garnish with lime wedges or fresh thyme if desired.
