Ingredients:

  • 2 whole fish or fillets (snapper, tilapia, or your choice)
  • 2 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (mild or hot)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for added moisture)
  • Salt to taste (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lime or lemon (for freshness) - (optional)
  • Foil sheets (enough to wrap each fish securely)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven or Grill
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat your grill to medium-high.
  2. Prepare the Fish
    Wash fish with vinegar/lemon and pat dry with paper towels.

    Rub each fish evenly with Truly Delicious Foods Jerk Seasoning.

  3. Wrap in Foil
