🌶️ Jerk Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1–2 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (mild or hot)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice (optional)
- Salt (optional, to taste)
- Fresh parsley or scallion for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate:
In a bowl, toss shrimp with Truly Delicious Foods Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and oil.
Let marinate for 10–15 minutes (or up to 1 hour for more flavor). - Cook (Choose One):
Pan-Sear: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
Air Fry: Preheat to 400°F. Arrange shrimp in a single layer and cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through. - Finish & Serve:
Drizzle with lime juice, garnish with parsley or scallion, and serve hot.
Perfect with rice, plantains, or steamed vegetables.
Pro Tip:
For extra smoky flavor, toss cooked shrimp in a bit of melted butter mixed with more Jerk Seasoning before serving. 🔥
