Vegetable Stir Fry with Garlic Blend

🥦 Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12–16 oz) prepacked stir-fry vegetables (or your favorites: broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, mushrooms, onion, zucchini)
  • 1–2 tbsp Truly Delicious Garlic Blend
  • 1–2 tbsp coconut oil (or oil of choice)
  • Salt to taste (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp water (optional, for light steam)

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds or sliced scallions, for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high. Add oil.
  2. Add vegetables and stir-fry 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in Truly Delicious Garlic Blend until coated and fragrant (about 30–60 sec).
  4. Optional: add 1–2 tbsp water, cover, and steam 2–3 minutes to soften.
  5. Uncover, stir 30–60 sec until glossy. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Serve hot over rice, quinoa, or noodles. Garnish if desired.

Notes & Variations

  • Protein boost: add tofu cubes—cook first, remove, then finish veggies and toss together.
  • Saucy version: whisk 1 tbsp coconut aminos + 2 tbsp water; add in step 3.
  • Oil-free option: sauté with a splash of water or veggie broth, then finish with ½ tsp sesame oil (optional) off heat.
