Garlic Mushroom & Spinach
Serves: 2–3

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Truly Delicious Foods Garlic Blend
- 2 cups fresh spinach (washed)
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced (white or cremini)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- Salt to taste (optional)
- Black pepper (optional)
Directions:
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and sauté for 4–5 minutes until they begin to brown and release their juices.
- Add Truly Delicious Foods Garlic Blend and stir well, coating the mushrooms evenly.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted (about 2–3 minutes).
- Season lightly with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Serve warm as a side dish or over rice, quinoa, or pasta.
💡 Tip:
For a creamy version, stir in 2 tablespoons of coconut cream or heavy cream at the end for a rich garlic sauce.
